About the Role
We are working in partnership with an NHS service to recruit a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a supportive and multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while contributing to service development and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take professional and legal responsibility for all aspects of your own clinical practice, ensuring consistently high standards of physiotherapy care.
2. Manage a designated caseload, effectively organising and prioritising workload and undertaking comprehensive assessments of functional mobility.
3. Develop clinically reasoned treatment plans and prognoses, setting person-centred goals that promote independence, participation, and safe discharge.
4. Plan and deliver educational and rehabilitative group sessions, adapting interventions in response to individual needs and clinical risk.
