Responsibilities

Our Showroom Administrators are passionate about what they do. As a team player with a keen eye for detail, you will ensure all areas of administration within the showroom are kept in line with company procedures. Assisting the Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in making sure the showroom runs efficiently through effective processing and adherence to administrative and security obligations. You will also help out on the sales floor when required, developing and continually updating your product knowledge and jewellery expertise and sharing your passion for our fantastic products.


About You

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
* Ability to build rapport and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
* Great understanding of what an exceptional client experience looks like.
* Experience working within a high‑performing team.
* Excellent organisational skills.
