Senior Paid Social Manager
📍 London | Hybrid (approx. 2–3 days in office)

An award-winning, fast-growing independent media agency is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to take ownership of paid social while helping shape what it becomes as the business scales.
This isn’t just a delivery role. You’ll be joining at a point where paid social is growing quickly, giving you the opportunity to influence best practice, test new approaches, and play a key part in how performance media evolves across the agency.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll sit at the intersection of paid, content and influencer, helping to connect creative with performance in a way that actually drives results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning paid social campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
* Managing budgets, pacing and performance with a strong focus on outcomes
* Building and testing smart strategies across creative, audiences and bidding
* Turning data into clear, actionable insight (not just reporting for the sake of it)
* Collaborating on how paid integrates with influencer and content campaigns
* Supporting pitches and bringing paid social thinking into new business
* Building strong relationships with platforms and spotting new opportunities
* Helping shape how paid social operates as the agency grows
What they’re looking for:
* 4+ years’ experience in paid social, ideally agency-side
* Strong hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
* Confident managing budgets and driving performance across key metrics
* Naturally curious, analytical and always looking to improve performance
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
* Someone who enjoys ownership and wants to help build something, not just run it
