Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in:
* Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics.
* Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place.
* Leading clinical governance and monitoring key performance indicators.
* Providing clinical supervision to nurses, conducting appraisals, and delivering training.
* Shaping service delivery to ensure clinically excellent services.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek an inspiring role model who is:
* A senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting.
* Skilled in building relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users.
* Confident in engaging and influencing others.
* Knowledgeable about safeguarding, substance use issues, and relevant legislation.
* NMC registered with an active PIN.
