Role: Senior Civil Engineer. Location: Sevenoaks or London. Type: Full‑time, Permanent. Salary: £45k–£55k (Negotiable).

They are a large company with over 500 employees and a dozen offices nationwide. Services offered include geotechnical & environmental, structural, flood risk, civil and transport, and there is a great deal of interdisciplinary collaboration.
Role
Your main responsibility as a Senior Civil Engineer is to lead the delivery of projects that are assigned to you from a technical and resourcing perspective.
The technical aspects involved with each project might include:
* Flood Risk Assessments
* Hydraulic Modelling using Causeway Flow to estimate pipe networks and attenuation volumes
* Produce drainage strategies and detailed drainage layouts
* Produce cut and fill analysis drawings
* Highway drainage design
* Incorporation of SuDS features in drainage designs, including green & blue roofs, attenuation tanks and permeable pavements.
* Site‑wide level designs and external works packages in accordance with Building Regulations Part M
Qualifications
* Experience in surface & foul water drainage design and SuDS.
* External works design experience.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow.
* Use of either Civil 3D or PDS is essential.
* The desire to take on more responsibility.
