-THE ROLE;
1. As Showroom Manager, you'll be opening this brand new store in Central Milton Keynes, which manufacturers medium to high end upvc windows and doors.
2. As Showroom Manager, you will lead the showroom operations, ensuring that the team delivers an exceptional customer experience and achieves sales and margin targets.
3. You'll be responsible for hiring, developing and managing the showroom sales team, where you'll combine good leadership with a consultative sales approach.
4. You will oversee both showroom and home consultations, promoting the one stop supply and fit service to the general public.
5. You will drive showroom footfall growth and conversion from enquiries to confirmed projects and orders.
6. You will be responsible for all showroom operations including staffing, rotas, customer consultations and showroom presentation.
