Job Summary
Night Senior Carer in the Bank Hall Care Home, Colne Road. You will earn up to £13.80 per hour and receive a £250 welcome bonus. Reports to the Manager, Deputy Manager and Team Leader. Rochcare is a family‑run retirement care service with a focus on dementia care.
About the Role
* Support people with all aspects of health, social and emotional well‑being, including personal care, mobility, medication, continence, nutrition and hydration, following their care plan.
* Ensure residents appear well‑kept in personal care, hygiene and clothing.
* Provide mental and physical stimulation through conversation, hobbies and activities.
* Demonstrate compassion, teamwork and respect for each individual.
* Collaborate with managers and care workers, documenting good practice and reporting issues.
* Maintain accurate records and routines, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
All staff must be vaccinated or have other essential health treatments in line with public health guidelines.
Schedule & Pay
Full‑time night shift patterns, including alternate weekends. Up to £13.80 per hour.

Required Criteria
* Right to live and work in the UK

* Social care qualification Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care
Desired Criteria
* Previous experience as a senior carer or team leader in an adult care setting
* Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate across departments
