Key Objectives Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal teams and management. Maintain organized records and assist with documentation management. Facilitate smooth communication and coordination within the company. Contribute to improving office workflows and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and virtual events for various teams. Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate databases and filing systems. Assist with onboarding processes and support HR-related administrative tasks. Support procurement and inventory tracking as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or a similar support role. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory.
