Join an established and cash-rich M&E Subcontractor specialising in building services installations and services within Heathrow. This is an opportunity for long-term work within a stable environment, doing fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The Role:
* Oversee electrical elements within construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
* Report to senior management with regular updates on project milestones and challenges.
* Ensure all electrical work meets required safety and quality standards.
* Assist senior project managers and directors with project coordination and problem-solving.
What You Need:
* Strong background in electrical engineering with experience managing Electrical projects valued between £0.5-£5 million.
* Ability to take projects from tender to final handover.
* Experience managing teams and coordinating with different trades.
* A hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
