We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us. This role will be working 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday, in a job share. In this dynamic role, you will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. If you have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company and its products. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing appointments. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication. Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols. Requirements Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. A positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
