Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Manage recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize HR systems like ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage vendor relationships related to HR services and benefits programs.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a detail-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and ATS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and labor laws.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and benefits administration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with hiring processes and workforce planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
