A globally renowned architecture and design studio, celebrated for its expertise in luxury hospitality projects, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in the design and delivery of high‑end hospitality projects across the world. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing creative, strategic design solutions from concept through to construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals, project timelines, and budget requirements.
In this leadership role, the Senior Designer will guide the overall design direction, presentation approach, and project execution across multiple teams. You’ll develop functional, visually compelling concepts tailored to each project's unique narrative and spatial requirements. Acting as the primary creative liaison with clients, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships while advocating for bold ideas and inclusive perspectives. This role also includes mentoring junior team members, coordinating with consultants, and integrating sustainable practices throughout the design process.
Candidates must bring a strong foundation in both creative and technical design, with a deep understanding of materials, construction methods, building codes, and industry trends. Excellent rendering skills, along with the ability to produce detailed shop drawings and immersive visuals are essential.

Base pay range
£45,000.00‑£60,000.00 (provided by True Consulting Ltd. Actual pay based on skills and experience.)
