Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage care visits to ensure continuity for clients and caregivers.
* Deploy new caregivers to clients in a timely manner, minimizing delays.
Rota Management & Scheduling
* Create rotas in advance to minimize agency use and provide clear communication.
The Rota Coordinator will create monthly schedules for our Caregivers. This schedule must be accessible by Care Professionals 7 days prior notice when shifts are being booked or changed. Any alteration’s made within 14 working days of the scheduled date will be investigated before changes occur.
* The rota changes should not impact on service delivery with regards to client attendance times
(Let your manager know immediately if there is any shortfall). Changes may only take place after discussion with branch management (management reserves the right to adjust these rules as necessary)
