Job Title: Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator
Contract: 12-month rolling
Rate: £13.36 per hour
Hours: Flexible - between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Sunday (14-37.5 hours per week). Part-time AND Full-time opportunities available.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator, you'll be the face of our tasting experience in-store. Your role will involve:
Welcoming Customers: Invite shoppers to take part in exciting blind tastings.
Preparing Samples: Follow simple instructions to prepare tasty products safely and hygienically.
Collecting Feedback: Recruit shoppers and gather their opinions using questionnaires.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, friendly team to run customer panels.
Data Recording: Accurately log feedback using spreadsheets and databases.
Training & Development: Attend training days and maintain certifications (including food hygiene).
Supporting Quality Testing: Assist the Quality Team with ad-hoc customer testing when needed.
Acting with Integrity: Follow our Business Code of Conduct at all times.
What We're Looking For
Friendly & Engaging: You love interacting with people and making them feel welcome.
Customer Service Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is essential.
Food Industry Background: Helpful but not required.
Basic Cooking Skills: Comfortable preparing simple products.
IT Skills: Ability to use spreadsheets and basic data tools.
Training Provided: No food hygiene experience? No problem-we'll train you!
