Job Description
Gentech Recruitment is partnering with a client based in Craigavon to recruit a Welder/Fabricator Supervisor. The role involves liaising with senior team members to establish workload requirements, reading and understanding pipe fabrication drawings, and fabricating pipe sets from shop drawings, typically involving carbon steel and stainless steel pipes ranging from 65mm to 500mm. The supervisor must ensure adherence to welding procedures, proper pipe preparation, and fit-up standards, as well as coordinate with line managers regarding defects, safety issues, and non-conformances. The position requires ensuring work progresses efficiently and according to specifications.
Essential Requirements:
