Your Role as an Outbound Sales Specialist: As a vital part of their team, you’ll: * Drive Growth: Generate new business leads through proactive cold-calling and outbound sales. * Seal the Deal: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions across their fleet management products. * Manage Early Accounts: Provide exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships during the early lifecycle. * Pipeline Success: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using their CRM systems. * Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed KPIs while consistently delivering high-quality, compliant calls. What You’ll Bring Experience & Skills: * At least 3 years in a sales environment (This can come from any industry so think: Telesales, Recruitment, or Door-to-Door). * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. * Knowledge of the Oil/Gas/Energy/Fuel industries is advantageous. * Exceptional organisation, time management, and resilience.
