Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cross Hands for a Compliance Officer.
The Compliance Officer will oversee and ensure adherence to transport regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, analyzing tachograph data, developing and updating policies, and preparing reports to support transport operations. The role also requires providing guidance on regulations, contributing to the development of driver handbooks, and supporting operator licensing applications.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of compliance audits, tachograph analysis, and regulatory standards in the transport sector
* Expertise in policy development and creating driver handbooks
* Strong organizational and reporting skills to support operational licensing and regulatory adherence
* Ability to interpret and apply health, safety, and first-aid practices within transport operations
* Familiarity with Driver CPC, Management CPC, and ADR standards is a plus
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in transport compliance or regulatory fields are advantageous
