About The Role
*Please note that this role requires the successful candidate to work 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year during term time with a pro rata salary of £22,067 per annum. In addition, you will receive a holiday payment for 5.9 weeks of £3,309 to be paid equally over 12 months.
As an Inclusive Learning Team Leader, you will manage a team of Learning Support Practitioners (LSPs) to provide holistic support and safeguarding for students. You will oversee the management and coordination of in-class and out-of-class support across all vocational areas and work with schools to ensure smooth student transitions.
You will oversee the health requirements of students with profound medical and physical needs, liaising with schools and professionals to ensure appropriate therapeutic support and health care plans are in place.
The role requires knowledge of safeguarding, developing risk assessments, and behavior support plans for complex and vulnerable students. You will work with students, families, and professionals to address all aspects, including undertaking annual reviews of EHCPs. Knowledge of Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs) is essential.
