Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights rotation) Hours: Days: 05:30 – 17:30 Nights: 17:30 – 05:30 The Opportunity This is a hands-on Electrical Engineer role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment where engineering truly drives performance. You’ll play a critical part in keeping production moving — responding to breakdowns, improving reliability, and ensuring equipment delivers against key operational targets. This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be on the factory floor, working closely with operations, solving problems in real time, and making a measurable impact on output, efficiency and safety. The Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will: * Respond quickly and safely to plant breakdowns and stoppages * Carry out fault finding and repair across a range of production machinery * Work on single and three-phase electrical systems * Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) activities * Maintain and optimise equipment to maximise performance and uptime * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE and reliability * Use SAP to accurately record engineering labour and parts usage * Work collaboratively with engineering leadership and external specialists on complex faults * Ensure all machinery operates to required product and quality specifications What You’ll Be Measured On * First-time fix ...
