Salary: £45-55k
Location: Aston Clinton
Shifts: Monday - Friday core office hours

Health & Safety Manager role & responsibilities
* The Health & Safety Manager will oversee day-to-day H&S operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment
* Maintain and improve H&S management systems (CDM background beneficial)
* Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR
* Conduct gap analyses, implement improvements in a manufacturing environment
* support ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) using QMS effectively
* Fire and risk assessments; building safety
* Engaging stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and leadership
* Driving change management & influencing positive change throughout the business
* Training, and mentoring
Health & Safety Manager Experience
* Candidates must come from Manufacturing / engineering background
* NEBOSH general with fire
* Strong auditing experience to ISO standards
* Auditing (ISO), H&S as primary focus, change management, and training delivery
* Ideally have experience in pharmaceutical
* Must have strong experience with COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, DSEAR etc..
