Consult Project Manager North West Region

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Consult Project Manager to drive the specification and promotion of premium fenestration systems to architects, specifiers, and main contractors. The role will focus on tracking commercial construction projects from concept to completion across the North West region, ensuring our products are specified, quoted, and ultimately ordered.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and specify aluminium systems to architects, specifiers, and contractors.
Manage and track projects from conception to order, ensuring full visibility throughout the sales cycle.
Target and secure projects with main contractors, promoting open specifications.
Identify and secure ongoing project opportunities for our fabricator network nationwide.
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Provide accurate and timely reports, plans, and updates via internal systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize conversion.
Performance Standards:
Weekly activity plans and call reports submitted punctually (every Friday).
Monthly reports submitted by the 4th of each month.
Clean vehicle, professional appearance, and punctuality at all appointments.
Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
Ensure adequate stock of marketing and technical sales aids.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, architectural systems, or building products.
Strong project management and specification tracking capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Ability to overcome objections, close deals, and deliver persuasive presentations.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Deep understanding of product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
