We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join thier finance team for a 3-6 month period to start on the 10th June 2024.
Salary: £14 per hour
Days: Monday-Thursday work from the office and Friday is working from home
There is Free Parking on site and the train station is a 15 minute walk
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process around 80 purchase invoices accurately and efficiently each day
2. Match purchase invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries or discrepancies promptly.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in the purchase ledger.
5. Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and build positive relationships.
6. Provide support and assistance to other members of the finance team as required.
