What you'll be doing
This is a permanent role based in Epsom, Brixton, Streatham, Wandsworth, Putney, Brentford, Hounslow, Egham, Surbiton, Cobham, Tadworth, Leatherhead, and Chertsey.
You will work 40 hours per week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime at your discretion.
We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and your day will start from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, using your technical knowledge to diagnose issues such as fuel problems, tyre repairs, or battery replacements, and resolving them efficiently to get customers back on the road.
Salary and Benefits
* Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with an OTE of £44,000–£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension and overtime opportunities.

What you'll need
* To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes.
* A valid Category B driving license.
* NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred).
* Empathy and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
* Experience in the motor repair industry.
* Experience working independently (desirable).
* Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
* Adherence to best practices and safety standards.
* Ability to collaborate with dispatch to improve customer experience.
* Self-initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
