IT Support Engineer - York - Windows/O365/Desktop Support
TrinIT Talent are looking for an IT Support Engineer to come on board for a 2-month contract with a view to extend based in York. This role falls Inside Scope of IR35 and is paying £150 per day.
This role is 5 days per week on site in York.
Candidates must be available to start no later than 1st March.
Job Description:-
You will provide hands-on IT support across desktop, server, cloud and network environments, ensuring systems are secure, stable and fully operational. This is a broad support role suited to someone comfortable working across end-user support, infrastructure and small project delivery.
Key skills:-
* End-user & desktop support (Windows, Mac, laptops, mobile devices, printers)
* Microsoft Servers & Windows OS administration
* Backup management & restores
* Office 365 & Google Workspace support
* Security patching, antivirus management & system updates
* Network patching & infrastructure support
* Incident, request & problem management within SLA environments
* Ability to manage multiple tickets and small IT projects
