Demand Generation Manager
The Role
As our APAC Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our growth efforts, blending deep demand‑generation craft with a nuanced understanding of construction projects. You’ll combine solid marketing fundamentals with curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to engage deeply with the challenges of our industry.
In This Role, You Will
* Build on a solid foundation of product–market fit in established markets and expand awareness and demand into emerging markets.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand the challenges and needs of the engineers planning our projects.
* Drive hypothesis‑driven thinking in GTM, using a loop of hypothesis → experiment → feedback → iteration to refine our approach.
* Lead digital marketing, managing our APAC digital marketing engine with an initial focus on LinkedIn Ads and working with cross‑functional teams to ideate, launch, and iterate on campaigns.
* Leverage concepts like ABM, deploying account‑based approaches to engage potential customers in micro‑markets and identities they reference.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid collaboration and relationship‑building skills across Sales, CS, product and cross‑functional partners.
* A growth mindset — experimental, open to feedback, and willingness to learn.
* Deep understanding of how to build and optimise digital campaigns (LinkedIn expertise strongly preferred).
* Solid analytical capability: able to interpret data without overweighting low‑quality signals, ask sharp questions, and translate insights into strategic action.
* Great communication skills — able to distill complexity and communicate outcomes, learnings, and marketing performance clearly across the company.
* Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand new markets, industry truths, customer behaviours, and the nuances of construction delivery.
* High creativity and attention to detail to create campaigns that cut through complexity and highlight tangible value.
* An interest in events, community, and building long‑term relationships in a relationship‑driven sector.
