Inclusion Support Assistant Location: Birmingham, Secondary Schools Start date: ASAP/ Start Date Pay Rate: £95-£100 (dependent on experience) About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Teaching Assistant to work within schools across Birmingham. This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to ensure they can access learning in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to provide tailored support, promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement and progress.
