🚀 IT Business Systems Lead | Huddersfield | Manufacturing
We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Lead with strong ERP administration and MS SQL expertise to take ownership of core business systems within a growing international manufacturing group.
This is a hands‑on technical leadership role reporting to the Finance Director, focused on improving, integrating, and optimising business‑critical systems.
* Systems Integration – connecting ERP with other business applications
* Project Leadership – leading system upgrades, improvements, and implementations
* Demonstrated problem‑solving in managing complex software systems
* SharePoint / document management systems
* Windows Server & Active Directory
* Microsoft 365
* Basic infrastructure knowledge (networks, backups, DR)
* Proven experience owning and improving business systems
* Strong technical depth in SQL and ERP environments
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
