Job Opportunity: Portfolio Manager at Hamptons
Hamptons is currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our PRS team in Maidenhead, with an option for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property visits periodically
* Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring service levels are met
* Source and instruct local sub-agents to optimize lettings performance
* Assess property portfolios
* Follow up with sub-instructed agents for documentation
* Evaluate applications from local sub-agents
* Participate in Corporate Client meetings to discuss lettings strategies and void property performance
* Continuously assess properties
* Handle queries and complaints
* Attend review meetings with clients to report on portfolio progress
* Prepare reports
Experience & Skills:
* Experience in estate agency, residential lettings, or residential asset management
* Motivated with success in the lettings market
* Qualified to ARLA / NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or equivalent
* Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
* Energetic, driven, enthusiastic, with a passion for self-development and teamwork
