Under your leadership your team will be responsible for sourcing, developing and buying a commercial, comprehensive and balanced range within the parameters of the businesses margin goals, price architecture and seasonal timing. 20. Identify emerging trends quickly and react accordingly

22. Has a thorough technical knowledge of footwear
