We are proud to be partnering with a Bristol based organisation, who are looking to appoint a Damp and Mould Coordinator on a minimum of a three month contract, with a strong chance of the contract being extended. This will be a full-time position based in Bristol, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and an hourly rate up to £17.50 per hour paid via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating works, ideally within a housing or repairs setting. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Scheduling works for damp and mould maintenance for tenanted properties Liaising with tenants and contractors over the phone Sending confirmation emails and letters Recording data on to in house systems Experience required: Experience required in scheduling or coordinating works Strong IT skills Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Flexible working hours On site parking Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
