We are looking for an Office Coordinator for our London office. This is an exciting entry‑level role for someone wanting to step into the corporate world and join a vibrant team in the media industry. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, support team events, and be a friendly point of contact for day‑to‑day office questions. You’ll also provide diary, travel, and expense support to our Managing Director. This role is office based 4 days per week in our offices near Tottenham Court Road station, London Office Management.
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day support for the smooth running of the London office, this includes but is not limited to:
o Assisting with communications to the team regarding any need‑to‑know updates to the office (access, lockers, breakages, fire alarm information etc)
o Assisting with staff access
o Ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy and clutter does not build up where unnecessary
o Keeping track of storage areas
o Assisting with knowledge sharing for meeting rooms, capacities and availabilities
o Advising booking procedures for each event space and meeting room
o Advising on best booking procedures and practices to the team
o Maintaining Locker repository & allocations for new starters
o Supporting HR with onboarding new joiners and all related items
* Maintain being point of contact for the team on Office Knowledge
* Supplier management – report and follow up on on‑site problems with external service providers (catering, cleaning, hygiene supplies, facilities).
* Maintain relationships with key contacts at NBCU for H&S items and announcements and ensure as much as you can that we’re not missed from any communications ahead of time (should it become clear we have been missed, please liaise with NBCU to rectify the comms).
* Organise key events throughout the year for the office (peak of the week, quarterly activities, easter, summer, holiday party…).
Executive Support
* Support the Managing Director of Comcast Advertising with day‑to‑day diary management and meeting attendance.
* Set regular catch‑up with Managing Director each week to review and provide support with his meetings and movements.
* Execute expense reports.
* Assist with travel arrangements through to completion.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree – While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
