Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Corporate team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support a busy team of solicitors/partners alongside another paralegal and a secretary.

Provide transactional supportManaging ancillary documentsPreparing due dilligence reportsLegal research and draftingQualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Corporate Paralegal experience and a genuine interest in this area of law.
