Since 2015, we've been crafting high-quality spirits with a focus on innovation and craftsmanship. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Technician to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and production facility. From managing stock and dispatching orders to supporting spirit production, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
* Manage incoming and outgoing goods
* Operate forklift to consolidate pallets and IBCs
* Maintain warehouse integrity in line with HM Customs & Excise regulations
* Ensure effective stock rotation and inventory control
* Pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders
* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Production Duties
* Assist with maceration, dilution, and calculation of spirits
* Fill, label, and cap bottles with attention to quality and compliance
* Ensure all production activities meet internal and regulatory standards
Administrative Tasks
* Complete daily entries in the HACCP folder
* Support documentation and compliance systems
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Valid UK Driver's License
* Experience in a warehousing environment
Preferred
* Experience working with spirits or alcohol products
Personal Attributes
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Adaptable to change in a growing business
* Practical and technically minded
