CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of live event delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard. The role involves coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and driving seamless project execution while supporting continuous improvement and innovation across operations.

Well suited to a technically skilled, organised project manager who enjoys leading teams, working with clients, and delivering complex live events under pressure.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations
* Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
* Plan and deliver technical production for live events
* Oversee projects from preparation through on-site delivery and debrief
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS
* Translate briefs into technical designs using AutoCAD and AV systems
* Manage budgets, costing, and resources
* Lead teams, suppliers, and client relationships
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Proficiency in technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of live event technical production and Health & Safety standards
* A valid driving licence and passport
LOCATION:
Milton Keynes - Half your time will be spent at their head office in Milton Keynes, the other half will be out on the road at events.
