Architectural Assistant and Admin Assistant (split role). Central London Our client is a friendly architectural practice with expertise in designing for the healthcare and commercial sectors and they have successfully completed projects both in the UK and abroad. Their projects range from internal remodelling, large scale multi-storey additions through to multi-million pound new builds that are typically from £1m-£25m in value. They are now actively looking for a Part1 Architectural Assistant to join them in a role that is split between architectural assistant responsibilities and contract administration / bid preparation responsibilities. You will need to be highly organised and flexible individual who enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Other essentials include excellent English language skills, Microsoft Office as well as AutoCAD, Revit and InDesign. This role will suit someone who has a great work ethic and is keen to find an opportunity that will help them take a really positive first step in their professional career. This is a permanent position and the rate of pay is negotiable and relative to your previous experience.
