* Contribute as a proactive team player, balancing hands-on problem solving with a big-picture perspective, and use strong analytical skills to interpret data and tell the story behind it.

* Proven ability to analyse complex problems, make sound decisions under pressure, and translate insight into clear, actionable plans.

* Strong track record of driving improvements and delivering measurable results.
