We are searching for passionate, empathetic and dedicated tutors and educators to join our growing team, to help us achieve our mission of enhancing educational access and quality for every child.
Role
We are currently recruiting 1:1 Tutors in the Basildon area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging tuition sessions tailored to each individual learners’ current learning levels, needs and interests. It is essential that as a tutor you can build a great working rapport with learners, to help with their engagement and make tuition a positive experience for them.

Location: Face to face in a Child’s home, local library, or community centre

Role: 1:1 Tutor
*
Hours: Part-time or full-time
*
Most referrals are 10–15 hours per week
*
Full-time tutors typically support multiple students
*
Start Date: ASAP
*
Subjects: English and Maths
Experience Required
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN / SEMH needs
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons
* A flexible, supportive, and student-centred approach
* A commitment to safeguarding
