Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Complaints Assistant working for a well known local Housing provider in Manchester.
Role type: temporary, approximately 3 months covering sickness.
Responsibilities
* Formulating correspondence to customers.
* Calling customers formally acknowledging complaints and the process.
* Sending letters.
* Raising BACS requests.
* Managing complaints with empathy and professionalism; ensuring compliance and creating resolution letters.
Qualifications
Interested candidates must have social housing experience, including a full understanding of the Housing Complaints process.
