GMP Cleaner Part time 20 hours per week

The Role
The GMP Cleaner is responsible for cleaning the GMP cleanroom, including ancillary GMP areas such as materials stores, equipment stores, and the external regions of the GMP facility, as well as changing rooms.
The GMP Cleaner will ensure that areas are cleaned on a regular and defined basis, using established processes. There may be occasions when project-specific cleaning support is required, which involves cleaning manufacturing equipment and processing rooms.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Clean required areas of GMP to a high level as per Uppertons SOPs.
Document all cleaning using approved cleaning materials following GMP and ALCOA+ principles.
Enter access-controlled GMP areas to clean and stock up key items for the manufacturing department.
Ensure supplies of cleaning materials are maintained and, where appropriate, highlight any materials required for ordering.
Track project activities from a commercial perspective. Ensure that commercial deliverables are tracked and fully met.
Liaise with Project Management and Finance to ensure that correct invoices are sent out on time
Provide critical support and focus on Sterile projects, focusing on technical transfer and process scale-up activities conducted both internally at Upperton and for projects outsourced to third-party vendors.
Essential Skills Required
Good understanding of GMP principles.
Experience in facility and equipment cleaning within a GMP cleanroom is preferred.
Understanding and experience of good documentation practice and ALCOA+ principles.
