We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker with our young client in Burgess Hill. When you'll be working: Alternate weekends only (we only provide care every other weekend) Waking Nights (9pm-9am) : Friday and Sunday nights available What you'll be doing: This role is to support our young 17 year old teenage client with complex health needs in his family home or in the community (our client is very active so there may be a need to go on trips / camping with him). Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
