The Role:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
No previous experience is required full training is provided. What were looking for is potential, drive, and the right mindset:
A recent graduate (any discipline)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to learn
