* Hybrid role, based at South Manchester office
* Oversee engineering team and subcontractor network on existing client projects
* Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and estimates

* Require 3 years experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, or Property Manager
* Based in Manchester area
* Potentially working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, or leisure groups
* South Manchester-based provider of building maintenance and repair services
