This permanent part‑time role (Wednesday and Thursday) focuses on delivering meaningful individual and group activities that reflect each person’s interests, goals and preferences. You will work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to plan, deliver and document lifestyle programs that support a positive quality of life. Your creativity, empathy and ability to build genuine relationships will help create a warm, engaging and supportive environment for the people who call Shalom Centre home. To be considered, you will have: Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (essential) Experience delivering lifestyle, recreation or wellbeing activities Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills Basic computer skills and confidence with documentation A person‑centred approach and the ability to work collaboratively Availability to work Wednesdays and Thursdays About Us BaptistCare is a leading purpose‑led care organisation, guided by our Christian identity and serving people and communities across Australia for more than 110 years.
