A fully experienced Bodyshop Advisor or receptionist role is required for an independent bodyshop. You will be required to:
* handle customer enquiries,
* book customers in,
* arrange collections/deliveries,
* produce job cards,
* price up and sell additional work,
* keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments.
* process warranty claims.
A full current driving license is essential.
Having performed in the role previously is essential as is having experience in service advisor.
You must be IT literate, professional, organised, a team player and have excellent communication skills.
