Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that puts customers first.
As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an excellent job.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead the team in providing a fantastic experience whether customers order in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards.
2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Prepare popular products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Keep displays fully stocked and appealing.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.

About you
