My client are seeking a Junior Architectural Technician to join their vibrant team in St Neots. The practice are a well-established Architecture & Planning company based in the heart of St Neots built up of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional design and planning services across a diverse range of sectors. Some of their recent work covers residential developments to commercial spaces projects.
As a Junior Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the architectural team. You will be involved in a variety of projects, assisting in the development of detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring the technical aspects of designs are accurately executed. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
* Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
* Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and plans.
* Work closely with architects to produce technical drawings using CAD software.
* Support project development and contribute to the preparation of planning and building regulations applications.
* Liaise with team members and collaborate with architects, planners, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* A proactive approach and a keen interest in developing your skills and knowledge in architecture and planning.
