What youll be doing: Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer. Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers. Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call to successfully complete every case. Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels. Full ownership and accountability of the claims you are involved in managing. Support call handling activity in other areas during times of high demand. About You: 6 months Customer Service Experience. [Essential] 5 GCSES including maths and English, or equivalent.
