I am currently recruiting for several Temporary Administrators to support a busy organisation in Wakefield over the summer period.
These roles will sit within the Centre Operations team and provide essential administrative and customer support during a peak workload period. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast‑paced office environment, working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team
2. Manage shared inboxes and service tickets, ensuring responses meet KPIs
3. Provide first‑line support to customers and internal stakeholders by email and phone
4. Run and distribute daily operational reports via SharePoint
5. Update and validate data across systems such as SAP
6. Support exam marking and results processes across online platforms
7. Monitor data quality, escalate issues, and help resolve incidents
8. Ensure all workplies with GDPR, confidentiality rules and internal procedures
9. Identify and support process improvements where possible
Skills and experience
10. Previous experience in an administrative or office‑based role
11. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and managepeting priorities
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
13. Goodmunication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
14. A proactive and organised approach to work
15. Willingness to learn new systems and processes
