Are you a caring and dedicated individual passionate about making a difference in a child’s educational journey? Our partner primary school in Aylesbury is currently seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their supportive and welcoming team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience supporting children in an educational setting – whether you’re a qualified TA, an experienced LSA, or looking to gain further experience in schools.

About the Role:
* Part-time position: Days/hours negotiable (approx. 2–3 days per week)
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 – depending on your experience
* Working one-to-one or with small groups to provide targeted support
* Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and learning activities
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils

We’re Looking For:
* Someone with experience working in a school or educational setting (voluntary or paid)
* A compassionate and proactive individual with strong communication skills
* A team player who’s flexible, reliable, and ready to support children of varying needs
* Ideally with an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
