About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead revenue growth, pricing discipline, and commercial performance across an established UK Care franchise. This is a senior leadership role focused on sustainable growth, margin protection, and franchisee success within a regulated care environment. Reporting to the CEO / Managing Director, the role ensures franchisees are commercially viable, franchisor income is scalable and predictable, and pricing and contracts support high-quality, ethical care delivery.
